GROUPS
There are a variety of organizations and groups that church members can be a part of.
Council: This is the elected executive body of Zion. Three people are elected each year for a three year term. They meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month to take care of normal business of the congregation.
Women of Zion: Every women of Zion is included to come to the monthly meetings. Meets every month (September-May) on the second Thursday of each month.
Choir: Members of the congregation who sing during the worship service every Sunday during the months of September-April. All are welcome to join the Choir.
Sunbeams: Hosting the Senior Citizen Dinners held 4 times a year, plus many other activities.
Youth Groups: Junior Youth: Age 5th grade thru 8th grade.
Senior Youth: 9th grade thru 12 grade.
Project Notebook: Free School Supply Program held in July.
Quilters: Meet every Tuesday in the Zion Education Center.
VBS: A ministry for kids held during one week in the summer. Helpers or Station Coordinators are needed every year to make Vacation Bible School a great success!!
